Israel's opposition leader said that even if Saudi Arabia normalizes ties with Israel, Riyadh must not develop nuclear capabilities and Israel will never accept Saudi uranium enrichment. He said Saudi nuclear development could trigger a Middle East nuclear arms race, which Israel would not accept.
